I still love Sydney and the school. The weather has gotten better, but unfortunately I’m stuck inside doing my internship. I’m still working in the marketing/recruiting department and next week I switch to housekeeping. I’ve been doing a lot in the marketing/recruiting department. I’ve been researching different venues in Kansas City for an event that Amy’s hosting and making folders for prospective students. So far, I’m really excited to be able to put this internship on my resume because I know it is going to make my resume stand out from others.
I’m really excited for my classes to start and for all of the other students that are going to be here for the semester to get here. I’m pretty sure I’m taking all events classes and I’m excited to learn about what the professors have to teach. I love events so I’m sure that I will love the classes here. Studying abroad at ICMS will definitely help get a job that I want in the future.
